The first project that we completed, this old grain store in Hoath was given a new lease of life through a sensitive deconstruction and reconstruction process which saw repurposed it into a 5 bed family home.

The building received all new floors, re-slated roof, lime repointed brickwork as well as beautifully hand-crafted lead work on the roof to maintain its heritage feel. Internally, the staircase features bespoke oak panelling and impactful floor-to-ceiling windows.
