This modern and stylish two-storey extension was undertaken for a private client to provide enhanced living space for their growing family, including a new kitchen and external landscaping.

Our client’s farm featured historic ‘hop picker huts’, accommodation built specifically for families who travelled to Kent in the summer for hop-picking work in the late 1800s and early 1900s.

The first project that we completed, this old grain store in Hoath was given a new lease of life through a sensitive deconstruction and reconstruction process which saw repurposed it into a 5 bed family home.
